| Mr. Isola has worked exclusively for the past 16 years in the fields of environmental law and environmental insurance coverage, including third party recovery litigation. |
| Mr. Lambert is currently CEO of Genesis Engineering & Redevelopment, LLP, and brings over 35 years of professional experience in the environmental consulting industry on both domestic and international projects. |
| Mr. Pennington is the owner of Pennington Group, LLC, a licensed insurance brokerage firm, specializing in risk transfer tools for real estate transactions and brings over twenty years of experience providing risk transfer instruments to facilitate Brownfield transactions. |
