| The day-to-day operations are currently led by Raymond McGaugh, a managing member of the General Partner who is currently a member of the law firm of Dykema Gossett PLLC. Raymond has extensive experience in the areas of banking, bank and stand-alone community development entities, construction lending, corporate finance, municipal finance, private equity, real estate and real estate finance.
